Summary of Services: Operates the Operation School Bell Program. Every fall, children in need in the tri-county area receive new winter wardrobes for school. This includes a new coat, hat, gloves, socks, two tops, jeans, voucher for shoes, backpack with book and hygiene kit. Children are treated to a one-day shopping trip after being referred by school districts in Wayne, Macomb and Oakland counties.
