Anger appears to be everywhere today. Some handle it well while others boil over and explode. The difference is how you view anger and what you learned growing up. The purpose of anger is to right a wrong.

If you looked out your window and saw someone being attacked, you might get upset and decide to go out and do something about it. If you corrected it quickly and were done you probably did well and used anger in a constructive way.

If, on the other hand, you went outside and practically killed the attackers, you overstepped your use of anger to correct a wrong and produced another wrong. That is the misplaced use of anger.

At Hope Counseling Service in Warren, MI we help people resolve their issues that produce anger and teach them the right response to anger and how to handle it.

Give us a chance and see how much better you can handle anger with some training and practical guidelines to overcome it.

Hope to see you soon.
